Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas and journeys.
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless design solutions.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency and efficiency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to the team and leadership for feedback and iteration.
- Optimize existing user interfaces and workflows based on analytics and user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your process and end-to-end projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment is a plus.
