Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Support cross-functional teams by providing data-driven recommendations
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on business metrics
- Assist in developing automated data pipelines for improved efficiency
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and stand-up meetings
- Document data processes and maintain analytical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 1-2 years of internship or academic experience with data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis methods
