Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native microservices using Python and Go
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools (CodePipeline, ECS, Lambda)
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert proficiency in Python and at least one modern framework (Django/Flask)
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud architecture experience with Terraform
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade distributed systems
- Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira experience
