Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect designs in Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop user journey maps and information architecture for complex web and mobile applications
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve user experience metrics
- Mentor junior designers and establish design system documentation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Stay current with emerging design trends and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing 10+ live projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, user-centered design principles, and agile methodologies
- Experience with user research techniques: interviews, surveys, card sorting, and contextual inquiry
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design sensibility and interaction design expertise
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or fintech industries preferred
