Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases using company-provided testing tools and hardware
- Document defects with precision using JIRA and collaborate with development teams
- Validate software functionality across browsers/devices using provided testing environments
- Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to test strategy improvements
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
- Maintain test documentation and update test scripts as features evolve
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (Python, Java) or automation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in defect identification
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
