Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct competitor audits and industry trend research
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, persona development)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- Experience with agile development methodologies
