Responsibilities
- Implement and manage advanced threat detection systems across cloud and on-premise environments
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for client infrastructure
- Lead incident response protocols during security breaches and cyber attacks
- Develop zero-trust security architectures and access control frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
- Mentor junior security analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with hands-on threat detection experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ (CISSP mandatory)
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and cloud security platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with incident response and forensic investigation methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
