Responsibilities
- Lead the UX Process: Conduct comprehensive user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design using industry-standard tools.
- User Advocacy: Champion the user voice throughout the development lifecycle to ensure our products meet real-world needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into elegant design solutions.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs for optimal performance.
- Documentation: Create clear, detailed design specifications and handoff documentation for development teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate your design process and problem-solving skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
