Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop complex SQL queries and scripts to support ad-hoc reporting and data extraction needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and reporting frameworks for team knowledge sharing.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in the tech industry.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
