Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models using SQL and Python to support business KPIs
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and user behavior
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and implement tracking solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to answer critical business questions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
