Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems across corporate networks
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ employees via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Execute network diagnostics using Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Microsoft Azure tools
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Document IT infrastructure changes using ServiceNow and ITIL best practices
- Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS/Azure infrastructure deployments
- Train users on new technology adoption and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (training provided)
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Basic knowledge of Python/PowerShell scripting
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site support
