Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Create and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on data analysis and user feedback to continuously improve conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and information architecture.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment.
