Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with A/B testing and analytics-driven design
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography and color theory
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
