Responsibilities
Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to create intuitive user journeys.Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.Maintain and evolve the company's design system and component library.Create visually stunning presentations and design specs for stakeholder approvals.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a strong portfolio.Strong understanding of information architecture and user-centered design principles.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with HTML/CSS and basic motion graphics is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
