Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to drive design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Translate business goals into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the wider team to secure buy-in.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma with a strong, portfolio-driven case study.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote-first setting.
