Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Maintain data quality frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR/FERPA)
- Mentor junior analysts and lead ad-hoc analytics projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge including regression analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (AWS/GCP certifications a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
