Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop statistical models and predictive analytics to support strategic business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports
- Ensure data integrity and implement robust data governance practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for data manipulation
- Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
