Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect designs using Figma and Adobe XD for responsive web and mobile applications
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct user interviews and synthesize insights to drive design decisions
- Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders through compelling documentation
- Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proficiency in creating design systems and component libraries
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
