Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to identify pain points
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Lead usability testing sessions and iterate based on user feedback
- Create accessible, WCAG-compliant interfaces for diverse user groups
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and A/B testing
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or healthcare tech products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end basics
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale
