Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
