Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable software solutions using Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Collaborate with senior engineers on Agile/Scrum development cycles
- Debug, test, and optimize code performance
- Participate in code reviews and implement best practices
- Document technical specifications and create user documentation
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Support production systems and troubleshoot issues
- Learn and implement new technologies through our innovation lab
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/REST APIs)
