Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to identify pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Execute A/B tests and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into elegant solutions
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
