Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and seamless user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and features.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team, defending design decisions based on user data and business goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a software or tech company.
- A strong, polished portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and design thinking methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
