Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user requirements.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Create and maintain a professional portfolio showcasing your design process and case studies.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, design critiques, and agile sprint planning sessions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results to continuously improve user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and user-centric thinking.
- Eagerness to learn and complete a comprehensive design mentorship program.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or design principles (prior experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote learning components.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
