Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to C-suite executives with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data quality through ETL processes and database management
- Mentor junior analysts and improve team analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer preferred
