Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma and Adobe XD to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user journeys.
- Maintain and evolve the company's Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design solutions to the leadership team and facilitate design reviews with development partners to ensure accurate implementation.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve the overall user experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual design hierarchy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with remote team members.
