Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Perform usability testing, interviews, and data analysis to understand user behaviors and needs.
- Design Interfaces: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our internal design system for consistency across platforms.
- Iterate & Optimize: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and business metrics.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Portfolio: A strong, well-organized portfolio demonstrating case studies and design thinking.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Technical: Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic development principles.
