Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate complex user requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interface designs and wireframes.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Design and maintain consistent design systems to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team and gather constructive feedback for improvement.
- Conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and iterate on the user journey.
Qualifications
- Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, sketches, wireframes, and final designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive web design principles (training provided).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on pixel-perfect precision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and design methodologies.
