Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs.
- Maintain and evolve our design system components.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for learning UX principles and design thinking.
- Basic proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and case studies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas.
- Attention to detail and a passion for pixel perfection.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
