Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation fidelity
- Perform usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Present design solutions to cross-functional teams
- Stay updated on UX trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design sensibility (even if self-taught)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to complete paid training program (40 hrs/week)
