Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead cloud migration projects on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS)
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements (Jenkins, Docker)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript frameworks
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud architecture knowledge
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
