Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and prepare large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in business data.
- Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- Reporting: Develop regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to understand business goals and provide actionable recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization based on data findings to drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex business problems.
