Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications using manual and automated testing tools
- Identify, document, and track defects with detailed severity reports
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Validate UI/UX compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Conduct regression testing across multiple browser/device environments
- Develop test cases and scripts using Selenium and JIRA
- Maintain test documentation and quality metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in Selenium, JIRA, and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with SQL database testing and API validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
