Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs through wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders)
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Present design solutions and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
- Participate in agile sprint planning and design reviews
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design projects (school projects or personal work acceptable)
- Basic understanding of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for user-centered design principles
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred but not required
