Responsibilities
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes for digital products
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers)
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to design system documentation and component libraries
- Track industry trends and incorporate best practices into projects
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design or problem-solving skills (school projects acceptable)
- Basic understanding of design principles (color, typography, layout)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/methodologies
- Passion for user-centered design and continuous improvement
