Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for sophisticated cyber attacks including ransomware and APTs
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid cloud infrastructures
- Develop zero-trust security architectures and access control frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and document security procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in incident response
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security and cloud-native tools
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat hunting
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and system hardening
- Ability to work under pressure during high-stakes security events
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
