Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Optimize system performance using profiling tools and A/B testing
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements for 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blog publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in at least one modern language (Python/Java/Go/C#)
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and containerization
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Experience mentoring technical teams of 5+ engineers
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent cloud deployment experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
