- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate data-driven hypotheses
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous ETL processes and quality assurance protocols
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Expertise in statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic value
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Analytics preferred
