Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect management processes in JIRA and implement root cause analysis
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best testing practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases
- Analyze test metrics and report quality KPIs to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 2+ years in automation testing
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL for test scripting
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
