Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Design intuitive and accessible user interfaces that drive engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and user data.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Present design concepts and solutions to the internal team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is a plus).
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work or personal projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
