Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging UX technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX projects, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or basic front-end development is a plus.
