Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and drive design decisions.
- Design wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Present design concepts and user flows to stakeholders, effectively articulating the 'why' behind design choices.
- Optimize user interfaces for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- A strong, portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including case studies that demonstrate the design process.
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
