Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision and ensure design feasibility.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to uncover insights and drive design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate the overall quality of the team's output.
- Advocate for inclusive design and ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are met in all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and case studies.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable design insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
