Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
- Perform manual and automated testing to verify software functionality and performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Conduct regression testing on every release to ensure no new bugs were introduced.
- Analyze system metrics and logs to identify bottlenecks and potential security vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environment.
