Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather requirements and deeply understand user behavior.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Design intuitive, user-centered solutions that align with business goals and strict brand guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Ensure all designs are fully responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- A strong, online portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects and the design process.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and prototyping tools to bridge the gap between design and development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
