Responsibilities
- Lead User-Centric Design: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to define product requirements.
- Create Prototypes: Develop high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Visual Interface Design: Design clean, modern, and accessible UI components that align with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with Engineering: Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system documentation to ensure consistency.
- A/B Testing: Analyze data from user testing to iterate and improve product performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
