In this role, you will be responsible for validating our software products against rigorous standards before release.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and defect tracking systems.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Automate repetitive test scenarios using Selenium or Cypress to improve efficiency.
- Conduct load and performance testing to ensure system scalability under high traffic.
- Provide detailed feedback and documentation to stakeholders regarding software quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a QA Tester.
- Strong knowledge of software testing life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation and query execution.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium) is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical findings clearly.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
