Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions that meet business goals.
- Design and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and executive teams for review and approval.
- Iterate designs rapidly based on feedback and testing results to optimize user experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and basic front-end development is a plus.
