Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to define user personas and journey maps.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other design tools.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and analytics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
