Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Create and maintain a consistent visual language and design system to ensure brand integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams for feedback and approval.
- Optimize existing interfaces for maximum usability and accessibility standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX methodologies to continuously improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of successful design projects and user-centric thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and design methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
